11. Fine Art Prints
Photographs offered as Fine Art Prints remain protected by copyright after purchase.
Purchasing a physical print gives the purchaser ownership of that particular physical copy. It does not transfer copyright or grant the right to reproduce, scan, copy, publish, distribute or commercially exploit the image.
Limited-edition numbering or certificates of authenticity, where applicable, relate to the physical artwork and do not transfer intellectual property rights.
Separate sales, delivery and return terms may apply to Fine Art Print purchases.
12. Portrait and Client Photography
Photographs created during commissioned portrait, event, editorial or other photography assignments may be subject to separate agreements, licences or usage terms agreed with the client.
Nothing on this page replaces the specific terms of an individual photography agreement or licence.
Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement will govern the relevant commissioned work.
