Urban stories
Fragments of life unfolding in the rhythm and contrast of the city.

The lights are the most beautiful at dawn. Remember? You already made up your mind as a child,
yet your shadow dances around the objects you have hoarded.
In cities, I rarely search only for landmarks. I am more interested in what happens around them: someone waiting for a tram, reading a newspaper, crossing a patch of evening light or simply becoming part of an unexpected composition. Architecture, colour, reflections and shadows provide the stage, but everyday life gives the photograph its story. My urban photography is about observing these brief, unscripted moments before the city moves on and rearranges itself again.
