Understand them, and they are yours forever.
Nature often interests me most when I stop looking at the whole landscape and move closer. Water, stone, cracked earth, weathered surfaces, leaves and small organic details can become almost abstract when isolated from their surroundings. I am particularly interested in colour, texture, repetition and the subtle transformations created by light and water. These photographs are less about documenting a species or location and more about discovering patterns and visual worlds that are easy to overlook
