The power and mystery of Nature is unfathomable, yet it is for us, to delight us.
My landscape photography is shaped by patience and a fascination with places transformed by light, weather and time. I am drawn to volcanic terrain, deserts, mountains, forests and coastlines, but especially to those quiet moments when mist, approaching clouds, reflections or the last light of day briefly change a familiar landscape. Rather than simply recording a location, I try to slow down, observe its character and create an image that preserves the atmosphere I experienced there.
